Bernard de Villiers has a doctorate in botanical taxonomy from the University of Johannesburg and contributed five publications to the botanical field. He joined bioMérieux South Africa as the Industry Business Manager in July of 2017. Bernard specializes in molecular and cell biology, with twelve years of experience in the academic and research fields, and eight years in the sales field.
