SOCIAL EVENTS: There will be a complimentary opening evening cocktail party, a young scientist/student function, and a lavish banquet. At tea and lunch breaks and at the social events you will have plenty of opportunities to network, meet new like minded people, and build new relationships. There will be at least 500 people attending connected to the food industry. You really cannot afford not to be part of it! TRADE EXHIBITION: A trade show with at least 40 exhibitors will run for the full duration of the congress. Attendees can find out about latest products and services on offer at the exhibition or hear about them in the Product Theatre presentations which will be included in the Scientific Programme.
